Awsome service. I rented the gaming lounge for my son's birthday. Capture Entertainment makes sure to confirm the event and they were there on time. Great service! Ernesto, the owner is detailed and responsive. He answered all my questions before, while, and after booking my event. I will definitely be hiring his company again. 😄Our event coordinator, Elena is fantastic! She was patient and professional with all of our kids. She kept parent concerns in mind and gently explained it to our older kids. I appreciated that she did this for me.

We had the best experience when we rented the video game truck from Capture Entertainment. The rental was super easy and the team kept in contact with me until showing up for the party and setting up the truck with all the gaming stations. The 2 ladies that set up the truck and games were friendly and helped us with anything that we needed. They even played all the music that we liked. The kids had an amazing time. I'll defiantly rent from Capture entertainment again and tell all my friends to also. Thanks!

Frequently asked questions

Does the gaming lounge have air conditioning?

Absolutely! Our gaming lounge has a ceiling RV air conditioning.

How many kids can fit in the game truck?

To ensure safety and manageability of the event, we suggest approximately 16 inside the trailer. We can have up to 20 players at the same time inside and up to 8 players outside depending on the games being played. 

Is there an age limit?

It is appropriate for ages 6 and older. Children younger than 6 need to be accompanied by a parent to be in the gaming lounge. We suggest the yard games for those young party kids.

How much space do you need?

The truck/trailer is approximately 40' long. We ask out clients to reserve 60' of spate to give us plenty of room if we have parallel park. Our policy is to always park in the street. As a safety precaution, our driver will analyze if it is possible to part in the driveway. 

can you come to parks?

Yes, we do many events at parks but each city is different in their willingness to allow us into their parking lots. For large city or regional parks where you want us to be in the parking lot, you should contact the city's parks department and clear everything with them first.

Do you allow food or drinks in the gaming lounge?

We ask that all food and drinks remain outside of the gaming lounge. Grease and game controllers don't go well together.

Do you need an outlet power up?

We are self-powered with quiet running commercial generators. We do not need to plug into your house.

What consoles do you have? how can we choose the games?

Our gaming lounge features top games for Nintendo Wii U, Nintendo Switch, XBOX S & X Series, PS4 & PS 5. We will bring our entire game library and have games suitable for all ages. The customer has control of the games made available for the kids. Your attendant will give you the opportunity to review/restrict game selection before the kids start playing.

Do parents need to supervise?

We require that one responsible adult remains at the event for its duration. Parents are more that welcome to be inside the gaming lounge during the event but not required. Each event is hosted by a professionally trained and background screened gaming coach who will ensure the success of the event. 

Do you travel outside LA county and orange county?

Travel fees are free within 35 miles of La Habra, CA 90631. Anywhere outside of that will be $0.99 per additional mile.

What is your cancelation policy?

The deposit payment is nonrefundable. The balance is refundable if we receive written cancelation more than 10 days prior to the event date. 

What forms of payments do you accept? 

Capture Entertainment LLC accepts cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and credit cards (a 3% fee applies to credit card transactions)
